· Terms of Service (TOS) ·

By commissioning/purchasing from me in any way means you read and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS) and understand that you are receiving Digital Goods (Non-Physical) and Services.

· I - GENERAL ·• I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Please credit me when you use my artwork
that you commissioned/bought from me.
• My artwork cannot be used for NFTs or for anything AI related.
• If you do not agree with my TOS and pricing,
you are not obligated to commission or purchase from me.
• Do not claim my artwork as your own.
• Please do not copy, trace, edit, or heavily reference
my artwork in any way.
• Please do not resell or repost my art in any way
unless you have my permission.
• I will NOT copy another artist's art style. If you want their style, PLEASE commission them directly rather than have someone copy.· · ------------------------------------------------ · ·· II - PAYMENT ·• I do not do rush or bribe orders.
• Complex designs and animations will increase prices.
• All payments are in USD $ and through Paypal invoice only.
• FULL payment must be sent after sketch is presented and approved.
• Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.
• In some cases, I may ask for full payment upfront
(new account, commission type, etc).· · ------------------------------------------------ · ·｡ III - PROCESS ｡• Commission request sent through google forms or DMs.
• Please provide clear references and descriptions.
• I am not responsible for missing anything if it wasn't included.
• Commission approved and added to commission list/queue.
• Sketch provided and max of 3 revisions may be provided if any.
• Sketch approved and full payment is sent and
confirmed through PayPal invoice.
• Coloring process begins after full payment is received.
• Completed commission preview sent and only minor color
changes are accepted. No revisions.
• Multiple requests for changes during the sketch process
results in being charged an additional 50% of the original work costs.
• Changes requested after commission is finished or complete
reworks of the commission results in being charged an additional
cost of the commission.
• Changes to animation(s) are also subject to an additional fee.
• Turnaround time is estimated two weeks to two months.
Process may take longer as it also depends on many factors such as:
health, queue order, amount of commissions, complexity, work, events, projects, personal or family issues, etc.· · ------------------------------------------------ · ·· IV - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY ·• Cancellations or demands for a refund are NOT accepted
under any circumstances after payment is received.
• If money has not been sent yet then you may cancel
your commission as long as you talk to me about it.
• I have the right to refund at any given time for any reason.
• If a chargeback occurs:
--- All your rights to everything I have made for you will be retracted
--- I have all rights to re-use and resell your commission(s) and copyrighted artwork(s) made by me.
--- I have the right to add you to my public blacklist.
--- You are forbidden from commissioning me ever again.· · ------------------------------------------------ · ·· V - COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ·• I reserve rights to all of my artwork.
• I have the right to use commissioned artworks for advertisement/examples, portfolios, posts on social medias, artbooks, merchandise (if fanart), website, etc.
• Please state beforehand if you don't want me to publicly stream the drawing process or post it on social media.
• All artwork is for personal use only unless specified otherwise.
• Personal Use: For personal use only such as icons and profile pictures with proper credit.
For emotes/badges: you may only use it on platforms such as Twitch, Discord, and YouTube. You do not own the copyright of the art, just the right to use them on said platforms.
• Commercial Use: May only be used for the purpose it was commissioned for and discussed.
For example, creating merch such as stickers, prints, etc.· · ------------------------------------------------ · ·· VI - IMVU BADGE ARTWORK ·• Above terms still apply.
• Only I have the right to revamp or alter my badge artwork.
• I may request full payment before or after commission is finished.
• IMVU badge artwork have their own art process.
Sketches or WIPs may or may not be provided.
General process is applied with or without sketches/wips provided.
• Changes to animation are an additional fee
(fee is the same price as original animation prices).
• You must provide credit of the badge artwork to LiGrim
and grant badge(s) to BOTH LiGrim and Montblanc once made.
• In regards to Badge art for IMVU,
the price for commercial use is 30% of total price.
• Any artwork in the past that did not pay for commercial use must be
for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may pay a commercial use fee
if you would like to profit from past badge artwork.
• Commercial use for imvu badge artwork ONLY involves profit made
by selling slots to grant people the badge. Absolutely no reselling.
• I have a public list of the badges and the users who paid a commercial use fee on: https://beacons.ai/ligrim
• I will continue to update the list as time goes on.

Any breach of my terms or copyright infringement will result in the
commissioner's loss of all rights to the commissioned artwork
and they will be added to my public blacklist.
If the rights to the work are retracted from the buyer, I have the right to resell and further profit off of the work however I want to

· Emotes - $20+ ·

$20 per emoteEmote Packs:
$55 for 3 emotes
$90 for 5 emotes
+$18 per additional emote- 112px x 112px
- Designs will be simplified.
- Emotes may be in similar poses.
- Emotes for Discord (or other platforms like twitch).
- Simple Animations are on hold for now.
- Pixel Art style is on hold for now.

· Chibi Icons - $20+ ·

+$5 per simple animation.
(blinking, sparkles, giggling, etc)- 500x500 pixels
- Icons that can be used for Display/Profile Picture.
- Simple backgrounds only (solid color, gradients, grids, etc).

· Pixel Chibi - $15+ ·

+$15 per additional character.
+$10 per companion/item.
+$5 per simple animation.
(blinking, giggling, floating, sparkles, etc)- Waist up ONLY for now.
- Canvas size varies depending on commission.

· Sketches - $8-$13 ·

$8 for bust up sketch. No color. (left example)
$13 for bust up colored sketch with little to no shading. (right example)- Sketch styles may vary.
- Characters may be simplified for sketches.
- Canvas size varies. I usually work 1200x1200p
and crop it down to scale/center it. 300 dpi.
- Sketches are messy lines. Please understand that with
sketches you will NOT have completely clean line art.
- If you want colored sketch, it will be flat coloring with little to no shading. Sketches will NOT be a fully colored/rendered piece.
